Amino Acid Analysis:

  • Quantitative $150 per sample (samples in triplicate, stds, control)

  • Qualitative $100 per sample (single injection, stds)

  • Please inquire for 'designer' amino acids (phosphoamino acids, tryptophan, etc)

Protein Sequencing:

  • $32 per cycle; 5 cycle minimum
    ($200 set up fee)

SDS PAGE and Electroblotting:

  • $60 for a mini-gel

  • $35 for electroblot only to PVDF

  • $95 for a mini-gel and electroblot to PVDF

  • $100 for large format gels

  • $135 for large format gel with electroblot

Protein Fragmentation:

  • $600 for proteolytic digestion on PVDF membrane

  • $700 for proteolytic digestion in polyacrylamide gel slice
    (includes digestion, narrow or microbore HPLC peptide purification, DAD analysis and MALDI-TOF analysis; sequencing charged separately)

  • Please call for additional digestion protocols and fees

2-D Gel Electrophoresis:

  • $150 (includes IEF in DryStrip with 13 cm gel format, staining (Coomassie or Silver)

  • $100 (includes IEF in Drystrip with 7 cm gel format, staining (Coomassie or Silver)

HPLC (peptide/protein analysis):

  • $75 per injection (analytical)

  • $300 per injection with collection (preparative)

Protein Purification:

  • $150 per day with Laboratory Personnel supervision (Pharmacia Explorer 10)
